비전이 있는 행동

실행이 없는 비전은 꿈에 불과하며,
비전이 없는 실행은 시간만 보내게 한다.
비전이 있는 행동은 세상을 바꿀 수 있다.

비전이 있으나 실행력이 약한 사람은 몽상가라 할 수 있습니다.
실행력은 있으나 비전이 없는 사람은 맹목적 실행자라 할 수 있습니다.
비전도 없고 실행력도 없는 사람은 방관자에 불과합니다.
비전의 중요성은 더 이상 강조할 필요가 없습니다.
다만 비전수립, 철저한 공유, 그리고 실행이 결합되어야만
그 비전이 제 기능을 다할 수 있음을 명심해야 합니다.

A person with vision but is hesitant to take action is a dreamer.
A person who lacks vision but is capable of taking action will be running blind.
A person who has neither vision nor execution is nothing more than a bystander.
There is no need to further emphasize the importance of vision.
However one must realize that in order to exploit its full potential,
of a vision must be firmly established,
properly communicated and smoothly executed.
